IS A LOVER!
Reggie was made for love, as anyone can see by his heart-shaped black nose! He is a
black and white boy who even has little black patches on his white toes. Reggie would
like to be the ruler of any home he lives in because he is confident he is enough cat for
any owner to handle! This big fellow loves people and likes to follow them around until
they give him attention and love. To adopt Reggie or any other cat or kitten, please call the Forgotten Felines adoption line at 860-669-1347 or apply online.
In order to keep our volunteers and the public safe, we are suspending the Saturday adoption events at this time. We will continue to process online applications for anyone interested in
adopting. Approved applicants will be contacted to schedule a private appointment with a member of the adoption team.
Cat of the Week
Our very own Reilly has a store to benefit all his friends at the shelter! I bet you did not know, but Reilly loves to ReCycle, ReUse and RePurpose (any wonder he resides in the Green Room?)! One of the main purposes of Reilly's ReTail Store is to make sure the items the shelter does not need does not get thrown out. It could be items that were donated that we have no use for and other items that were just unearthed like a lighted Christmas tree! We also have volunteers or friends of our kitties who love to make things for our shelter to sell, like the popular catnip filled fleece mats. Reilly would love to have as many cat-related items as possible.
Reilly's ReTail Store is not very big and is located right in the entrance of the shelter. If you happen to make anything you would like to donate to Reilly's Store, let us know! Small items are best and maybe just a few to start out.
Items that are not handmade will be priced so they sell quickly and need to be in very good condition or new. Prices will be reduced the longer it sits unsold.
Please contact us with any ideas or items you have. It will only be open to the public during Open Adoption Events. All donations need to be approved before dropping off because we do not have the space to store inventory. Contact us at email@example.com or message us on our Facebook page!
